The following policies help ensure a safe, respectful, and positive environment for all dancers at LRJ Dance Company, LLC.

Tuition & Payment Policy
Tuition is due on the 1st of each month.
A $25 late fee will be applied to accounts not paid by the 1st.
Accounts more than 30 days past due may result in the student being asked to sit out of class until the balance is cleared or the student may be dropped from the class.
Tuition is non-refundable.
No credits are provided for missed classes due to illness, travel, or personal conflicts.
Credit cards and ACH/Bank transfers are accepted through the website.
Autopay is recommended for convenience.
To discontinue classes, a 30-day written notice via email is required.

Attendance & Punctuality
Students should arrive 5–10 minutes before class to warm up and prepare.
Students arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to observe class instead of participating to prevent injury.
Please notify the studio if a student will be absent.
Consistent attendance helps dancers improve and stay synchronized with choreography.

Hair must be secured away from the face. A neat bun is required.
No dangling jewelry or watches are permitted during class.

Studio Conduct
Students must treat instructors and peers with respect.
Bullying, gossip, or exclusionary behavior will not be tolerated.
Food, gum, and sugary drinks are not allowed in the studio.
Water only is permitted.
Students may be held responsible for damages caused by negligent behavior.

Classroom Etiquette
Cell phones must remain silenced and kept in bags.
Phones are not permitted on the dance floor unless requested by an instructor.
Students should avoid excessive talking during instruction.
Students are encouraged to apply instructor corrections immediately to improve technique.

Parent / Guardian Policy
For safety and to encourage independence, parents are not allowed inside the studio during instruction time.

Illness & Health Policy
Students must be fever-free for at least 24 hours before returning to class.
Please notify the studio if your child will miss class due to illness.

Communication
LRJ Dance uses the BAND App as the primary communication platform.
Announcements, updates, schedules, and event information will be shared through BAND.
Families are encouraged to download the app and join the official LRJ Dance group.
You may also contact the studio via email, Instagram, or BAND messages.
Participation in LRJ Dance programs indicates acceptance of the studio policies outlined above.
